How are Intelligrams created?

Companies use specialized Attune™ authoring software to create the Intelligrams that appear on your computer. The Intelligrams are designed to appear exactly at very specific times, based on specific events or actions that you take. When one of those actions occurs, Attune knows exactly which Intelligram to display.

Because Attune can be used by different kinds of companies, such as hardware or software manufacturers, you may receive various kinds of Intelligrams. As an example, a computer manufacturer can create and send Intelligrams to people who have purchased a specific model of computer. This enables the manufacturer to keep its customers fully informed about any problems related to that model of computer. Similarly, a software vendor can create Intelligrams for users of a specific version of its software, thus keeping the users up to date on known problems or upgrades.
